30 Days Return Policy

Unwanted returns

You can exercise the right to return a non-faulty order within 30 after Days of receipt of the goods provided that a request is submitted to us by a ticket within the aforementioned period.  No reason would be required for the return.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation or return a non-faulty Product to us, you must take reasonable care of the Products prior to return. This means returned Products should not be used beyond what would be considered reasonable inspection and use of the Product and its functions, and thus the Products must not be damaged in any way.


Incorrect items, Defective items, and Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 30 Days

Please submit an RMA Ticket and obtain approval before sending us back the goods within 30 days from receipt of the goods.

For incorrect items received, upon returning, the goods must be unopened and unused in order for us to accept the return.

Shipping is covered for the return.

Returns without RMA approval will be considered as unwanted non-faulty returns and customers will be liable for any damage or loss of the returned items.


Return after 30 Days of receipt

Unwanted or non-faulty goods return will not be accepted after 30 days upon receipt of the order.

Defective or Dead on Arrival item, after 30 days upon receipt, we reserve the right to repair and replace the item before making any compensation

Please refer to our warranty page for more information as most of our items have a 24-month warranty included within the purchase for most of our products.


Returning of goods

Please send us the goods back at original condition upon receipt, including all accessories and materials.

Please ensure to ship the goods back to us within 14 days from the date of submitting your return request, or approval by RMA.

Customers are liable for any loss or damage for the goods during return transit.  Insured shipping is highly recommended.

Once we receive the return goods, we will perform inspection of the goods.



Refund will be submitted within 14 days upon receipt of the return goods, if the return request is accepted.A credit will be applied to your Credit Card or your original method of payment.  A refund confirmation will be sent to you once we have submitted the refund.


Additional Information

If there is a loss in value to any of the returned Products, and this loss is the result of inadequate handling, lack of reasonable care, or considered being used for the Products whilst in your possession, we may make a deduction from any reimbursement made to you.

Consumables, perishables or goods that are affected by hygiene are not eligible for return policy.

Due to the complexity of liquid crystal displays (LCD) on handheld devices, dead or bright pixels may sometimes occur. Less than 5 dead/bright pixels anywhere on the liquid crystal display will not be considered as defective or DOA

Any network related issue (e.g. SIM Card, availability, coverage, service, range etc.) of mobile phones and tablets will not be considered as defective or DOA

Any issues caused by the firmware or software, modification to operating system, rooted or jailbroken to the phones or tablets are not eligible for return policy

Any free gifts within the order must also be returned to be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right not to accept a return if they do not satisfy the conditions stated above in the return policy.

For unapproved returns, within 30 days of delivery, it will be treated as unwanted returns.  Customer may be liable for any damage or loss of the item and any costs incurred within the process.

Where you have purchased Products as a consumer you also benefit from statutory legal rights under the UK law covering the sale of goods that are defective or do not conform to specifications. These rights (including the right to repair, replacement or refund of the price in certain situations) apply to all consumers for 6 years (5 years in Scotland) of purchase. These rights apply to all goods you purchase from us, and as the seller of the products, you may enforce these rights against us, whether or not your goods are covered by our Warranty. Your legal rights are not affected by anything in these terms or in any other way.
