In order to get the most out of attending the exhibition, we recommend that you plan your work well in advance.

  • Familiarize yourself in advance with the topics of the exhibition and the profile of the exhibitors. You can find detailed information about exhibitors and the exposition plan on the exhibition site. If this information is not readily available, contact the organizers.
  • Look through the plan of events at the fair in advance. Choose the events which are of most interest to you. Plan your time so that there is enough time for both the stands and the business program.
  • Make appointments for the business meetings at the exhibition in advance.
  • Remember to know the way to the exhibition in advance. Choose the most convenient route.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Exhibition Hall’s infrastructure in good time. Find out where you can park your car, use a photocopier and a scanner, access the Internet, print printed materials, etc. This will allow you to feel confident and solve your problems quickly.
  • Use the exhibition catalog and the exhibition guide. An expo catalog usually has an alphabetical list, a detailed description of activities and contact details of exhibitors.
  • The guide will give you an outline of the exhibit with the booth locations and the program of the show’s events.
  • Use the trade show as a convenient place to meet not only exhibitors but also your customers, partners and colleagues. At some exhibitions, you can schedule a meeting in the Business Center, a specially equipped business area located at the exhibition.

Additional tips

  • In order not to miss an exhibition, add the dates to your calendar.
  • Book a hotel room and air or train ticket in advance if you are visiting the exhibition in another city.
  • Set clear goals for your visit and make a plan of your work.
  • Determine what your objectives are, what you are looking for, what needs to be done first, etc.
  • Take a large number of your business cards to the exhibition.
  • After the trade show visit, pay special attention to processing and analyzing the data you received and maintaining the contacts you made.
