These Rules define the procedure for the admission of visitors to the Event.

The badge can be received by the visitor in one of the following ways:

  • Printed out on their own – in case of registration as a visitor on the official website of the Event;
  • Received at the registration desk at the entrance to the Event in exchange for the cash voucher or the invitation card or by presenting the VIP-card issued by the Organizer. A cash ticket can be purchased at the cash desk at the entrance to the Fairgrounds. When presenting a VIP card issued by the Organizer, it is compulsory to show the visitor’s identity document.
  • Representatives of the media shall receive a badge after passing the accreditation procedure, the procedure of which is specified on the official website of the Event.
  • The right to attend the Event for free may be granted to the students of specialized higher and specialized secondary educational institutions on the days specified by the Organizer. These persons shall be admitted to the Event only if accompanied by a representative of the educational institution on the list certified by the administration of the educational institution and approved by the Organizer in advance. 2.6.
  • Visitors are not allowed to give their badges to other persons. The organizer shall have the right to check the compliance of the name and surname indicated on the badge with the name and surname of the visitor, for which purpose the person controlling the passage to the Event shall have the right to require the visitor to present a document proving his identity.
  • In case of loss of the badge, the visitor should apply to the registration desk at the Event to restore it.

RULES OF CONDUCT

The visitors shall respect public order in the territory of the Fairgrounds where the Event is held and the surrounding area, as well as follow the lawful instructions of the Organizer and the Administration of the Fairgrounds.

Visitors are prohibited:

  • Bring any kind of firearms, gas and cold weapons to the territory of the Event;
  • Bring explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, as well as poisonous, toxic and caustic substances to the territory of the Event;
  • Bring and consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic drugs, be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication on the territory of the Event;
  • Enter the territory of the Event with animals. 4.3.5;
  • Enter the territory of the Event in outer clothing if there are working closets. 4.3.6;
  • Bring food and drinks to the territory of the Event. 4.3.7;
  • Move around the territory of the Event on bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other similar means of transport and sports when visiting the Event.
